Terms of Use — Salah Gate

These terms govern your use of Salah Gate ("the app"), developed by Cressu OÜ ("we", Estonia). By using the app you agree to them. On iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Prayer times

Prayer times are provided "as is". The Estonia method follows the calculation published by eestiislamikeskus.org; Egypt times follow the Egyptian Survey Authority timetable. Calculations can differ from your local mosque or authority. Please verify times with your local mosque before relying on them for religious obligations. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability.

Prayer Lock

Prayer Lock is a convenience tool that helps you pause selected apps around prayer times. It is an honor-system feature, not a guarantee: you can disable the required operating-system permissions (Screen Time access on iOS, the Accessibility Service on Android) or uninstall the app at any time, and the lock may fail due to OS behavior. We are not responsible for apps being accessible or inaccessible during a lock.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly.
• A 7-day free trial is offered on the yearly plan where available. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or attempt to bypass the subscription.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and Cressu OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed prayers, or loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
